Basic Customized Setups

Almost any of our “catalog” part numbers can be customized to meet your exact specifications. Whether you need a specified probe length, or different probe materials, we can accommodate your needs.

For example, the standard length on our A12 high-temperature thermocouples is 12”, but they can be manufactured to practically any length you need. You can also specify different materials for insulators, process connection fittings, and more!

Obsolete Temperature Sensor Setups

When a thermocouple breaks in an oven or furnace, depending on the age of the machine, it’s very possible that the thermocouple used by the OEM is obsolete, or incredibly difficult to source.

That is why Nanmac is able and willing to manufacture a temperature sensor to replace any obsolete or difficult to source temperature sensor assemblies. Chances are, it would only require a “basic” customization of our standard “catalog” part numbers, but a totally new concept is not out of the question.

Fully Customized Setups

If none of our standard “catalog” part numbers will do the trick, Nanmac Corporation is eager to work with you to create a fully customized temperature sensor for your application. Our engineering team can work with you or your engineering team to create a drawing based on your exact specifications to manufacture a truly customized thermocouple, RTD, thermistor probe, or any other temperature sensor assembly!
